We were actually surprised with a double upgrade without even asking. The concierge had amazing knowledge about the fashionable spots to go, and the hotel's location was worth every penny. Although there was no outside area, the shopping street just across the street provided a great alternative. I highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities and amenities at this hotel are top-notch. The iPad control in the room is cool, and the bed is comfortable. We loved the location, which is close to all the boutique shops. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the good flow of supply of beverages in the room.
We felt very much at home during our stay and had no complaints.

The hotel's location right next to the shopping district in the old city center was perfect. It was only a short walk from the famous Duomo and near the luxury shopping area in Napeleon. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

We had a luxurious stay at this venue. the location was ideal, situated near many attractions. the spa treatment room was perfect for our rejuvenating massages.
The in-room breakfast could have been better, with a wider variety and faster service.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel and was delighted by the luxurious amenities offered. the attentive and efficient service provided by the staff was remarkable. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a range of beauty treatments, sauna, and steam room. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing swim, and the massage provided in the treatment room was a magical experience.
The only minor issue we faced was the limited snack bar options in the hotel. It would be great if they could provide more variety as per the guests' needs.
